- 1 cup mayonnaise (150 grams)
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of grape vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- half teaspoon of salt
In a large glass bowl, first mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice and milk thoroughly using a whisk. In an other small saucepan, the oil cumin, salt and dry mustard powder is added and cooked for 2-3 minutes. The mixture is added and waited for a further 2 minutes on low heat, then left to cool by filtering through a wire strainer.
